Getting tired of your neck pain?

Neck pain is a very common complaint of all ages groups. Mostly neck pain is associated with poor posture combined with age-related wear and tear. Most people will suffer one or more episodes of neck pain during their lives. In many cases, it starts  suddenly and gets better quickly, without the need for any treatment.

However, neck pain can be painful, debilitating and persistent, and some people suffer repeated episodes. It can also be associated with other symptoms, such as arm wrist or shoulder pain. Did you know that because of the tight muscles in your neck you may be having those headaches too?

The most common causes are:

  • Neck becoming locked in an awkward position while sleeping bad;

  • Posture – for example, when sitting at a desk for a long time;

  • A pinched nerve injury – for example, whiplash from a traffic accident or fall.

But in many cases there's no clear cause. Acute neck pain usually goes away within about one to two weeks. In some people it comes back again in certain situations, such as after work or intensive sports.

Some people who have neck pain avoid doing physical activities for fear of making things worse or injuring themselves. That's where @TRAPEZIUS is ready to help you out and get rid of those pains ASAP! We will not only examine you and reduce pain level with manual treatment, but we will also prescribe special exercises that will target the neck and will help to prevent neck pain in the future.
